Challenge
Managing geographically dispersed pump stations from a single centralized platform, reducing field personnel dependency and establishing an automation architecture fully compliant with state water authority standards.
Solution Approach
Full automation of pump stations was achieved through PLC programming and automation panel manufacturing; operator-centric HMI interfaces were designed. All stations were integrated via SCADA software, enabling real-time data flow, alarm management and remote intervention capability. Remote monitoring infrastructure minimized field personnel requirements while significantly increasing operational efficiency.
